Presenting for sale this gorgeous Lotus Elan Turbo in steel blue with cloth upholstery. I have known this car for the past 2 years and enjoyed driving her to the coast and back. Great fun.

The Elan has a superb history coming with a fully stamped service book and old invoices and MOTs. Last serviced a year ago which was also a cam belt and water pump change and 4 new Toyo tyres just fitted this Lotus is ready to enjoy.

This particular car was featured in October 1999 issue of Classic and Sportscar against a Mazda MX5 of the same period.

The turbocharged 4 cylinder engine produces 165 BHP and is a very reliable Isuzu unit and drives the front wheels and is regarded as having one of the finest front wheel drive chassis around.

The steel blue metallic paint is in very good condition with only a few stone chips and very light scratches to show for the cars 30 years. Likewise the interior is very sharp with little wear on the seats and no cracks on the dashboard or door trims. Everything works as it should.

The roof manually retracts and is easy to fold and put up and is in very good condition with no tears.
